Refund policy
Our chocolates and confections are food items which cannot be returned.
Instead, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can ship or deliver the correct item to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for items purchased with gift cards.
Exchanges
In the event you have received the wrong item, we may be able to exchange for the correct item on a case by case basis.
If we cannot exchange your item, we will refund you.
Refunds
We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Reminder, purchases made with gift cards cannot be refunded (see above).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
